David and Kelley Dibble
Dave and Kelley Dibble, along with their daughters Dana and Danielle, first visited the Philippines in 1994. After serving as home missionaries in Missouri and later evangelizing, the Dibbles served as associates in missions in the Philippines and then as intermediate missionaries in the capital city of Manila. David and Kelley Dibble received their appointment as United Pentecostal Church missionaries to the Philippines in October 2001. They arrived on the field in early 2003. Former president of two Philippine Bible schools, the Dibbles are career missionaries on deputation while their daughters attend Gateway College in St. Louis. The Dibbles hope to return to the field no later than 2008 when they will pioneer Manila’s first Englishspeaking, international UPCI church.
